Victory At Last!
The A-Team 2 played a great game last night and pulled off our 3rd win of the season. Great effort by all and thanks for bearing with me as I got the feel for playing center again. I was a little panicky at first, losing faceoffs hither and yon, but later got my groove on and started winning them. Now all I need to do is learn *where* to win them.
But it's all good, because we played well, had fun and we won. And yes, Dan, with you on the ice, we won. So there!

I was literally *on* the ice a couple of times. But I'll bet NOBODY expected me to *jump up* and swing my stick overhead at the high puck... much less -hit- it.
(Damn, that was stupid. And I realized it in mid air.)
But we had a great time. See you back at it on Saturday.
