(A Very Small Portion of) The Collected Works of Liz Doughty
Back in 1997-1998, I used write for a local magazine called Entre Nous. While they enjoyed my stuff, eventually it was dropped from the lineup because my content wasn't gay enough. I've always been a bit bitter about that but refused to change my writing style or willingness to follow the lead of whatever inspiration came my way to fit their needs.
